Also on 5/17 we walked by the playground opening at Volunteer Park.  This school choir was singing one of Blaine’s favorite songs – The Rainbow Connection (from the Muppet Movie).

Mom-Mom, Doc and Aunt Molly arrived on Friday 5/17 for one night before they left for a cruise to Alaska on 5/18!

Andrew and Blaine made sure I had a very special first Mother’s Day!

My men (well, one man, at least) made me a delicious Mother’s Day breakfast of blueberry waffles and sausages… soooo good:

And Aunts Jody and Suzanne babysat Blaine so Andrew and I could go out for a tasty sushi dinner.  🙂  It was a great day.

Aunt Jody arrived on Friday!  On Saturday Jody and Suzanne drove out to the Olympic Peninsula for some hiking and sightseeing.

Aunt Suzanne arrived on 5/4 for the big opthalmology conference in Seattle this past week.

On Sunday 5/5 we all took a trip to the zoo but sadly Mommy forgot to take pictures!
