We visited the zoo and Blaine’s hat fell into the goat pen.  A goat picked it up and started waving it around.  Blaine replied by screaming “my hat” at the goat — the goat didn’t care.

Blaine is still fascinated with the lawn mower. We let him push it around the yard a bit… with it turned off, of course.

We are excited to let you know that Blaine is getting a sister.  She is expected to make her appearance on September 29th give or take two weeks.  (If she’s anything like Blaine, she will be two weeks late on the nose.)

Blaine got to meet his grandmother, Robin, who made a quick trip to Seattle just for him!

We had a little 1st week birthday party for Blaine.  He slept through most of it, but we had fun!
